Pickup from Calicut Railway Station / Airport. After reaching the hotel / resort and having the breakfast move to Mananchira Square, a beautiful park. Next move to the sweetest place i.e., Mithai Theruvu (Sweet Street), which is always a perfect place for the sweet lovers. It is one of the busiest places in Calicut, also known to be business hub of the city. After lunch move to Pazhassi Raja Museum, a museum built with Evening move to Kappad Beach, gateway to the Malabar Coast famous for its beauty and it is it was the place where Vasco da Gama, the famous world explorer first set his foot and the legendary Spice Route came into existence. A perfect setting for tourists who wants to enjoy the sunrise or sunset.

After having breakfast move to Kannur and checkin to the hotel, then drive to Arakkal Museum, one and only muslim dynasty in Kerala-dedicated to Arakkal Family. It was a palace which is converted into a museum now. People interested in history and all, this museum will be a gem for them. Next at a short walkable distance we have Mappila Harbor– a natural harbor which gives a great view to the sea. In ancient times it was a Port which linked Malabar to foreign countries. From the bay proceed to St. Angelos Fort (Kannur Fort), built by the first Portuguese Viceroy in India- most important historical monument-protected under the Archaeological Survey of India. Have your lunch and visit Muzhappilangadi Beach Kerala’s only drive in beach-longest drive-in beach in India-and featured to be among the 6 top best beaches for driving in the world in the BBC article for Autos. It has many activities like Paragliding, Parasailing, Micro light flights, Power boating and so on.. If still time permits you can just have a visit to Dharmadam Island, an uninhabited tiny island.

After breakfast visit Muthappan Temple (Shri Parassinikadavu Muthappan Temple) i.e., early morning before 8 AM. This temple is very famous and irrespective of religion many people come here for darshana. The deity worshipped here is Muthappan (personification of Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva). Mysterious rituals and practices are followed here. Visiting this temple will be a great experience. After visiting the temple move to Parassinikadavu Snake Park, a famous tourist destination in Kannur. It is a park established with an aim to protect and preserve snakes. Different varieties of Snakes are there including non-poisonous one. After lunch let’s end the journey with a visit to Payyambalam Beach, a simple, clean and beautiful beach to relax. The beauty of the beach is also showed in many Indian movies.

After breakfast drive to Kasaragod and proceed to Ananthapura Lake Temple,the only lake temple in Kerala-considered to be the moolasthanam of Lord Ananthapadmanabha. An unusual thing about this temple is the presence of a single crocodile in the lake. The temple has a great scenic beauty, a sense of peace and solitude. Next we will go with the history just 30 kms away i.e., Bakel Fort, among the biggest forts in Kerala-built in the 17th century-130 feet above sea level. Purely constructed by Shivappa Nayaka for defence purpose in the year 1650. It has a beautiful beach- Bekal Beach, which is almost crowded with lots of people. Sitting in the beach and watching the Bekal Fort from there is just an amazing view. It is a perfect relaxing place for people. Have your lunch and if time permits visit Ranipuram Hills to view the beautiful nature in close.
